Welcome

Hi there! I’m Kim. I like to turn complex ideas into “aha!” moments and dry content into delightful journeys. Whether you're training a team, launching a course, or just trying to make PowerPoint less painful, I’m here to help! Learning should feel less like a chore... and more like a plot twist. Check out some of my sample work below!

Learning Objective: Know how to log in and navigate a fictional LMS called Learning U.

Audience: Ideal as part of a new hire pre-work onboarding plan.

Tools Used: Instructional video = VYond

Welcome to Learning U

Fun with Camtasia

Follow-up Activity

Learners are tasked with putting their new knowledge to the test. Have them complete an activity for submission that displays their ability.

Learning Objective: Add a dynamic title slide to a tutorial video in Camtasia.

Audience: Ideal for those who do not do a lot of video editing, but who want to create a polished library of tutorial videos for their team.

Tools Used: Instructional video = Camtasia, Synthesia

Be a CHAMP!

Learning Objective: Identify the stages of the CHAMP Sales Framework approach to qualifying prospects.

Audience: Ideal for new sellers as part of a sales onboarding program.

Tools Used: Instructional video = VYond.

Follow-up Activity

Ensure learners have absorbed the tutorial by asking them to search for a specific course and self-enroll. Upon completion, they receive a Certificate of Completion issued through the LMS.

Don’t Get Scammed

Learning Objective: Navigate the tricky waters of how to handle fraudulent charges on your account.

Audience: Ideal for IT or security training for employees or for customers.

Tools Used: This branching scenario was created with Genially.

Follow-up Activity

Learners listen to a series of snippets from a sales conversation with a prospect. For each snippet, learners determine which stage in the CHAMP framework it falls under by clicking on the stage. Incorrect answers prompt a Try Again message. Articulate Storyline mock up only for portfolio purposes.
